INR 1,200,000 – 1,800,000 US$ 16,901 – 25,352 While responding to his inner being and the world around, Satish Gujral created new imagery, pictorial and sculptural, shifting from one material to another, unconventional or traditional, and that in rhythm with changing techniques in handling them. It is difficult to pinpoint which inspired what- the image ushered in the material, or vice versa. the affinity is amazing. The forms he created in three-dimensional and on flat surface are often deeply rooted in indigenous plastic traditions.
