Dev Anand (b. 1923), evergreen star is still going strong, directing and acting in films. Raj Kapoor (1924-88) was a megastar, producer, director and a great showman. Dilip Kumar (b. 1922) was called the ‘epitome of emoting’. The Trinity added the genuine glitter to the Age with their varied histrionic depth and brilliance.
